Before you say yes to anything — food, plans, work, people — run it through 3 questions:
•Does this match my standard? Would the future version of me thank me for this?
•Does this give me energy back? Best experiences don’t drain you, they charge you.
•Is this memorable? If I won’t remember it in a month, it’s not the best.
